COMIRIS Group wanted to establish a policy of diversity within its teams and thus logically abides by the "diversity charter" which testifies to the cultural, ethnic and social diversity of an organisation, in terms of training, all forms of non-discrimination and equal opportunities.

In 2009, COMIRIS Group was quoted as a model in the "department of Hauts-de-Seine SME" category for its involvement in the social management of diversity within the company.
