- Engineering centre- supported the transition from a retailer to a solutions developer in increasingly complex customer environments requiring genuine expertise (systems, networks, telecommunications, security and audiovisuals)
- Professional services centre- providing training and service contracts, audit and production services, use and adoption support plans, reception service and customised financing solutions. The aim? To offer a global service to free the user of any technical constraint linked with using equipment in order to focus on working relationships
- Multimedia centre - comprising a research department and project management team able to respond effectively to your support requirements, before, during and after sale. They also provide COMIRIS with the ability to fully respond to customer project requirements through the integration of videoconferencing, “intelligent” infrastructures and audiovisual solutions

The COMIRIS teams are located throughout the nation and are made up of 80 professionals in business videoconferencing, unified communications, audiovisual and multimedia services. They hold the highest level of certification (Cisco, Polycom, LifeSize, Microsoft and IBM) and contribute to making COMIRIS the largest skills centre in France.
